Did you know that 69% of the world doesn’t even claim to be Christian?

What are we doing about a world going to hell?

The following list is from Wikipedia. I ask you to look it over. I hope it will shock you, wake you up, and make you realize how much we lack doing for the cause of Christ.

31.11% claim Christianity. That includes nominal Christians, Christians who never attend church, and every Christian belief or practice from Mormons, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Catholics, and cults.

As you know, everyone in the South of the USA is a Christian, a member of a church, baptized, etc. At least that is what you hear when you knock on doors, talk to people at work, etc.

Let’s assume for one minute that they are all born again and on their way to heaven. That still leaves over 2 out of 3 people on the planet in another religion. Jesus is the only way, the truth, and the life. No man comes to the Father but by him. There is no other name under heaven whereby we must be saved.

It is easy to get satisfied when you live in the USA. You can drive down the road near where I live and see signs that say “Jesus Saves.” There are hundreds of churches, churches of your stripe, churches that differ from you.

Soon we think that the world has the opportunity to believe but choose not to do so. That isn’t the case. You might think that you are supporting lots of missionaries and they are reaching the world, but the following list doesn’t agree.

I beg you to pray to the Lord of the harvest that he will send forth laborers into his harvest. Please don’t accept the reality we see. Let’s step out in power to bring the good news to the world.
