God gifted people to do a certain work

you were created for His pleasure

Take five minutes and talk to your children or the people that you are training there on the mission field. Help them see that they were created for a purpose. They are special. God loves them. God has gifted them.  They simply need to work to be all that God made them to be.

Exodus 36:1 Then wrought Bezaleel and Aholiab, and every wise hearted man, in whom the Lord put wisdom and understanding to know how to work all manner of work for the service of the sanctuary, according to all that the Lord had commanded. 2 And Moses called Bezaleel and Aholiab, and every wise hearted man, in whose heart the Lord had put wisdom, even every one whose heart stirred him up to come unto the work to do it:

  • God had a work that He wanted done
  • God wanted to tabernacle or “camp out” with His people
  • He wanted the tabernacle built to His specifications

  • God put wisdom and understanding in the hearts of people
  • He made them gifted craftsmen
  • He showed them how to do the work He wanted done

  • These men had God work in their hearts to do a work for Him
  • God gifted them
  • God gave them a desire to do the work
  • They were able to do astonishing work for the honor and glory of God

  • Do you realize that you were made to work and bring glory to God
  • He is the One that gifted you with your talents I Corinthians 4:7 For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it?
  • God made you unique and very special
  • God has a plan for your life

  • You were made by Him and for Him and for His pleasure Revelation 4:11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.
  • He loves you
  • You are an eternal being
  • You have purpose

  • Decide today to live your life for God, your Creator and your Savior
  • He should be your Lord or Boss or King
  • He should be the One telling you what to do and how to do it

We must look on all things of this world as none of ours, and not desire them. This world and that to come are enemies. We cannot therefore be friends of both, but must resolve which to forsake and which to enjoy.
