One Race, One People

We all share the same parents

Genesis 10:32 These are the families of the sons of Noah, after their generations, in their nations: and by these were the nations divided in the earth after the flood.

Believing the Bible solves so many problems. God created everything, including humanity. God tells us what He did, and we accept it as truth. Every person on the planet is the offspring of that first family, Adam and Eve. Noah and his wife are our parents because, after the worldwide flood, everyone can trace their lineage back to them.

The reason men hate each other based on race, skin color, or language is sin. Rebellion against God is the parent of our hatred and mistreatment of others. As believers, we reject that attitude and honor God by honoring all people of all races.

There is but one race on the planet: humans. We all come from the same family. God goes into detail in this chapter so that you will know. Noah and his three sons got off the ark. They started having children. Their children had children.

From where the ark came to rest, people multiplied and spread all over the planet. All of us are one race. We all come from the same family. We are all related to each other.

Over the years, people developed unique characteristics, possibly because of living conditions, possibly because of being attracted to someone like themselves, but we are all related.

None of us evolved before or more than the other. There is no superior race. There is jealousy and anger. Selfishness reigns, but we are family.

Just understand that biblically, we are all from the same family. That being the case, we can love each other. We can share the gospel because we want none of our family to go to Hell! So no need for so-called racial fighting or tension.
