Dearest friends,

God has been so good to Betty and me. We celebrated 50 years of marriage on August 18. God’s greatest gift He gave me as His son is Betty. We have been through sickness and health, richer and poorer. I have been at death’s door several times, but Betty has been by my side. We have had ups and downs in the ministry, but God gave us the closest, tight-knit family you can imagine. I am so thankful for this greatest of gifts.

Please pray about supporting Alignment Ministries if you do not. We spend every dime that comes in and more. Right now, those giving are helping national pastors in the Ukraine, Northern Ireland, Kenya, Peru, and a missionary in Peru. You have helped building projects in Mexico and Peru.

You have helped a Spanish church get started. You are helping us mentor men and women in Spanish and English worldwide. I want you to know that your giving makes a difference.

We need more support. I am not traveling and asking for help but preaching regularly in two different churches each week, so I will have to rely on you and the Lord to touch hearts and raise any money He wants given through this ministry.

I ask you to pray for us as we travel to Peru for three weeks. We will hold a complementary marriage retreat for Peruvian pastors and preach in the annual Pastor’s School that we started nearly 30 years ago.

My health report is still good. The kidney is functioning, and the growth isn’t growing any further. I get scans and bloodwork every three months. God has been extremely good to me.

God bless you all, and thank you so very much,

Austin and Betty
