  1. Instead of talking and telling try listening!
  2. Hear what others have to say and how they feel
  3. Pay attention to them
  4. Take in what they are saying
  5. Do not be preparing what you will say next or how you will answer
  6. Do not interrupt

  7. Practice empathy
  8. Put yourself in the other person's shoes
  9. Join in the suffering, feel what they feel with them
  10. Understand from their point of view

  11. Be a healer
  12. Find their hurt and help them find victory
  13. Honor others before yourself
  14. Be respectful
  15. Give them freedom to be their selves
  16. Be grateful
  17. Strengthen the weak

  18. Be motivated by love
  19. Nothing matters as much as loving and expressing love
  20. No gift, no sacrifice, no belief, no position is anything without love
  21. Understand their needs and seek to meet those needs
  22. Do more than feel love, you must express the love
  23. Love like you have been loved. The loved, love. (the love of Christ constraineth us)
  24. The forgiven, forgive

  25. Seek His kingdom not your own
  26. Become a bridge to the success of others, lay down your life for His cause and purpose in their lives
  27. Don't be critical or judge others
  28. Practice humility which is not thinking of ourselves at all but making God everything
  29. Stop thinking of yourself as the priority
  30. Treat others the way you want to be treated
